  • 2 Bananas

MIX

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon Extract

SIFT

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

FOLD: Wet and Dry ingredients together

    ADD-IN: 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberry, pour into pan

      BAKE: 350°F for 1 hour

        TOP: Warm Butter
