General No Trouble Banana Bread
Mash- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Lemon Extract
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Optional 1/2 Cup of your favorite add-in
- 350°F for 1 hour
- Warm Butter
Instructions
Mash bananas. Combine MIX ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together. Fold wet into dry. Add your favorite add-in if desired. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Top with warm butter.
