Potato Banana Bread
Mash- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Mashed Potato
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Potato Starch
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 350°F for 1 hour
- Warm Butter
Instructions
Mash bananas. Combine MIX ingredients including mashed potato and melted butter. Sift dry ingredients together including potato starch. Fold wet into dry. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Top with warm butter.
